Bring the Sky Candle Co. experience to your office, venue, or private celebration. Our Boston mobile Candle Bar offers a fun, guided activity where guests create a custom-scented candle or diffuser using more than 25 fragrance options.

Choose the format that best fits your event:

  • Interactive Candle Bar: Guests blend fragrances and pour their own custom candle or diffuser with guidance from our team.

  • Streamlined Scent Bar: Ideal for larger or fast-paced events. Guests create their fragrance blend, and our team handles the pouring.

Both options provide a personalized keepsake and a memorable experience for corporate events, team-building activities, weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, client events, and private parties.

The Candle Bar Experience

Each guest will:

  • Explore more than 25 fragrances, including seasonal scents

  • Create a one-of-a-kind fragrance blend

  • Select a candle vessel or custom diffuser

  • Receive guided instruction from the Sky Candle Co. team

  • Personalize their creation with a custom label

A minimum of one Candle Bar Experience is required per participating guest.

Candle Bar Pricing

  • Standard Custom Candle: $50 per guest

  • Premium Custom Candle: $60 per guest

  • Large Custom Candle: $65 per guest

  • Custom Diffuser: $60 per guest

Mobile Candle Bar Pricing

Our mobile Candle Bar brings the complete candle-making experience directly to your location.

  • Mobile travel, setup and breakdown fee: $250

  • Minimum participants: 20 guests

  • Minimum event total: $1,250, including 20 Standard Custom Candles and the $250 mobile fee

All other Candle Bar options are priced per guest as listed above.

We provide the fragrance bar, candle vessels, wax, supplies, equipment, guided instruction, setup and breakdown. The host is responsible for providing suitable tables, access to electrical outlets and adequate event space.

Event Timing and Candle Pickup

Mobile Candle Bar events typically last 90 to 180 minutes, depending on the number of guests and the selected format.

  • Candles require approximately three hours to set before they can be taken home. They may also be left at the venue overnight when arrangements are made in advance.

  • Diffusers are ready to take home immediately, making them an excellent option for larger events or guests with limited time.
